Display Wizard are once again very happy to announce the winners of our annual graphic design competition for the 2016/2017 academic year.
The brief - for any UK-based student at a higher education facility - was to design two display stands looking at the social and cultural benefits of studying at their institution.
This year was tougher than ever to whittle the entrants down to the finalists and then the three winners. Take a look at the fantastic winning designs below!
First Prize - Farzana Ali - Blackburn College
£500 grant

"The essay carefully explained the inspiration for the design - with the hexagons representing cohesion within the College and the bees influenced by the crest of Blackburn."
Second Prize - Brian Taylor - University of Chester
£100 grant
Their banner stand design printed for the University/College.

"Brian's description explained the careful symbolism of all the aspects of the design, with the main focus on the flower representing the opportunities at university and in the city of Chester itself."
Third Prize - Lina Svensson - University of Coventry
£50 grant
