Frequently asked questions
What format should my file be?
High-resolution PDF is preferable, alternatively an Adobe Illustrator file is just as good, with all text outlined and embedded.
Artwork provided in other formats may be subject to a basic set-up charge to get the artwork ready for printing.
What does print-ready artwork mean?
Artwork is set to the template downloaded for the specific product and meets all of the requirements specified on the template and the artwork guidelines PDF.
Where can I find artwork templates for my product?
All the artwork setup templates can be found at the bottom of the individual product page under the 'artwork templates' heading. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page, for example: if you start to type “Swift 800mm” you’ll see a downloadable link for that artwork template under the “Artwork Templates (Click to download)” heading.
These folders contain both a PDF and Adobe Illustrator template, in addition to a general artwork guidelines PDF document.

For customers who are unable to supply their own finished artwork, we offer an in-house graphic design service (chargeable). Depending on demand, we have also partnered up with a design agency who can offer a cost-effective large format graphic design service for times where we are at capacity.
